Together 2016
On July 16, 2016, on the National Mall in Washington D.C., hundreds of thousands will meet for Together 2016. Their plans? To pray for a renewal of Creator's Spirit in our land. Well-known artists and leaders plan to help guide this gathering. Youth groups and organizations will team up to meet, sing, pray, and serve together. Nick Hall, the visionary voice believes now is the time and D.C. is the place. "Our dream is for more than one million people from all backgrounds to be part of this generation-defining day. "Something powerful happens when we come together."
WASHINGTON, D.C.-Crowds will gather in Washington DC this summer. The sound will hit high volume. But this event won't be a ball game, a superstar's performance, a political protest, or a presidential debate. Those who travel to the nation's capital won't be there for pleasure or rebellion or politics.
They will come-people from different people groups, political and ethnic backgrounds-to join from all across North America and other parts of the globe to pray and worship together. They are hoping to experience Creator's love together.
