Quentin Harris is a recognized Pacific Northwest artist and carver. He is not only passionate about his art but also his faith, his family and his community.

Quentin Harris (Salish) is a respected Northwest Coast First Nations artist and carver. He grew up on British Columbia’s coast in the town of Maple Ridge. He has been teaching Aboriginal art and culture for School District #42 for several years. His art is balanced between pushing the creative boundaries of Native art and his discoveries of spiritual truth. He is passionate about connecting First Nations’ arts and culture with Christianity. He would like to see First Nations people reclaim their cultural identity to glorify God. Quentin is serving in men’s ministry as a cultural mentor. Quentin gave his life to Christ in 2004, and since has been serving in children’s and men’s ministry.

Quentin and Ann Marie Harris were married in 1996, and have two children. They have served at Esperanza during the spring of 2010 with Maple Ridge Christian School, in the summer as staff for the kids’ camps, and during a fall family session. After having experienced and witnessing God’s healing power moving through his people at the family sessions, it was confirmed in their heart that Esperanza is where God was calling them. They both testify that only the power of Jesus Christ has the capacity to restore life, reunite families and rebuild relationships.
